Gen Z Students
Program Overview
While Gen Z (born 1997 - 2012) is the current youngest workplace generation, about half of this group are still filling our college and high school campuses. Designed for school administrators, educators, and coaches, Karah offers valuable insight from her own novel research and experience working closely with this generation as a college professor over the last decade. This program will provide practical and effective strategies to bridge the generational gap with Gen Z students to better connect with, develop, and retain them.
