Conflict and Mis-Communication
Program Overview
Have you noticed that older and younger generations approach communication in the workplace differently? Grammarly estimates that ineffective workplace communication costs U.S. businesses $1.2 trillion annually. With the most age-diverse and varied workforce in history (many organizations employ up to 5 generations!), it is not surprising that workplace communication and conflict are more challenging now than ever before. In this program, Karah will provide insight to how older and younger generations commonly MisCommunicate, causing unnecessary conflict, disengagement, and decreased productivity. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of their own generation’s communication styles and a new-found appreciation for how other generations also communicate, enabling them to engage one another more effectively.
