Dr. Karah Sprouse is a Generational Engagement Consultant and Assistant Professor of Business at Cumberland University near Nashville, Tennessee. Her award-winning generational workplace research and experience working closely with thousands of Gen Z university students has ignited her passion to maximize this youngest generation’s potential across a wide breadth of organizations.

Karah is deeply knowledgeable about what drives and engages Gen Z, especially in collaboration with colleagues from earlier generations. Her prior professional experiences include industry giants such as LexisNexis and Underwriters Laboratories where she led ambitious multi-year projects and skillfully managed diverse, intergenerational teams. All of these roles have culminated in her mission to empower organizations to Bridge the Gap with Gen Z and help all generations thrive together.
