EMPOWER GEN Z
Program Overview
As organizations are struggling to retain Gen Z (born between 1997 - 2012), this content is designed to provide focused solutions to develop, engage, and retain this generation as well as consider what older generations can learn from them. Karah will share insight and strategies from her own generational workplace research and experience working closely with thousands of Gen Z university students to equip leaders with the knowledge and strategies to build strong, collaborative intergenerational teams and empower Gen Z to operate at their best. As a huge population (Baby Boomers) retire, Gen Z will not only be the majority of the workplace soon, but they will be called up to lead. This program will help older generations get them ready.
